About Oriel N.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Oriel has always had a passion and curiosity for the built environment, which led him to start his career learning under single and multifamily contractors and developers. These interests led him to explore various aspects of commercial real estate in construction, development, investment sales, private equity syndication, capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management. Oriel is an equity analyst with Bellwether Asset Management, Inc, where he manages a portfolio of equity investments across all property types. Oriel previously interned at Tides Equities, a multifamily private equity syndication firm, and Dekel Capital, a Real Estate Merchant Bank, as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst Intern. Outside of his studies and internships, Oriel serves as an advisory board member to Los Angeles merchant builders Cal Retrofit and ADU Concepts; served as the Vice President of the Trojan Real Estate Association; is an active member and mentor to the Project Destined Community. In his spare time, Oriel enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
