I have 20 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I studied at The Finger Lakes School of Massage, Ithaca, NY- I have been a Polarity practitioner since 2004. I studied at Spa Tech, Westboro, MA. The school was formerly known as Polarity Realization Institute- My start was in nursing as a licensed practical nurse. I have cared for patients of all ages. I continue to work as a per-deim LPN with the geriatric population. My areas of focus: Swedish Style Massage- A artful selection of classic strokes of Swedish massage are aimed to alleviate muscle tension. Polarity Balancing Therapy- This contemporary bodywork modality has its origins in Ayurveda, an ancient mind-body healing art that originated in India thousands of years ago.
