Former Naval Intelligence Officer and a seasoned Sr. Employee Relations professional with over 15 years of experience leading ER and HR personnel supporting employees across multiple states, I bring expertise and focus in the disciplines of employee and labor relations, benefits, disability management, organizational leadership, performance management, and operational planning. I hold a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degree with a concentration in dispute resolution from Pepperdine Law, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in management information systems from City University of Seattle. I also have multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt, which enable me to apply data-driven and process improvement methodologies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
