About Ornella Faranda

Thanks to my experience and education in various fields, including social assistance, teaching, entrepreneurship and consultancy, and thank especially to be mother of 3, I offer a unique combination of skills, services and innovative approaches to achieve set goals. As a social worker abroad, I have acquired a deep knowledge of social issues and problems faced by people. This experience has allowed me to develop great empathy and active listening skills, enabling me to create a safe and supportive environment for those who work with me. As a teacher, I am able to use effective teaching methods to help people learn in a fun and engaging way. With my entrepreneurial experience, I am able to offer creative and innovative solutions to solve problems and reach goals. As a counselor and coordinator of Teen Voice Milano, and working on European projects in universities, I have developed a deep understanding on project management. This expertise allows me to offer comprehensive and personalized support in relation to develop and coordinate new protects, in National and International field. Finally, as a Mother, I believe that parents are a child’s most important teacher and therefore play a crucial role in raising children who are resilient, confident and prepared to succeed in their chosen future. When I am working with parents, my approach is to empowering them giving support and guide in their most important job, raising their children and find their work life balance. In summary, my wide range of skills allows me to offer unique and personalized services, capable of providing creative and effective solutions to reach objectives and face life's challenges.
