I am motivated to make my contribution so that I can improve people's mobility, through my skills and the valuable contribution of technology, which can make the world more manageable and accessible to all, while also maintaining the goal of protecting the environment. I have a dynamic and positive character, I am always ready to support colleagues and able to focus on the goals to be achieved. I am a Key Acconunt Manager, I support my customers in all their needs. I create ad-hoc maintenance contracts, based on the needs of my customers, manage their portals, follow up work on their installations, provide support with documentation, invoicing and creating quotes, always trying to offer the best solution. Before my current position, I was in charge of customer service, back office, administration, skills that helped me to focus and improve customer care.
