Director of Field Personnel. Wolf is a premier commercial framing, trim carpentry, and roofing company in the Upper Midwest. Wolf operational areas include the Des Moines, IA metro; Twin Cities, MN; Omaha/Lincoln, NE; and Kansas City areas. Orv developed and utilizes an organized and thorough recruitment process to find quality people for all of our operational areas. Recruitment of qualified leaders is a top priority. His recruitment populations include young, up-coming carpenters who have been trained in high schools, community colleges, or trade schools; as well as veteran carpenters. The training portion of Orv’s job includes training young carpenters to be quality employees and quality people. Leadership training and development is the focus of the training program for experienced employees. After a long and successful career coaching football, Orv made the leap into the business world. Many of the concepts that were taught and coached during 36 years on the practice field and the sidelines are directly applicable to the construction business. Helping people develop commitment to excellence, be disciplined in their lives and in their work, and be accountable for their actions continue to be the foundation of training. Watching employees blossom is just as rewarding as watching young athletes blossom.
