A strategic partner in managing the industry’s shift from volume to value, Dohmen maximizes a highly effective model of outsourcing capabilities to move beyond simple economies of scale. Focused on the company’s commitment to client success, Mr. Cotten drives innovative solutions that bring business value to new and existing clients. He works with major accounts, oversees the development of prospective accounts, and provides a high level of product expertise and best practices based on extensive industry experience. Mr. Cotten drives the national sales strategy, including identification of prospective clients, and activities around capabilities, pricing and contracts. He joined Dohmen in 2007 as an Account Manager, partnering with clients to define flexible solutions to address their goals. He was promoted to Director of Account Management and in 2010, named Director of Sales. His comprehensive view from a succession of roles at Dohmen adds to his understanding of client challenges and opportunities. With an extensive background in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Cotten has consistently demonstrated leadership and teamwork that resulted in significant accomplishments. He is adept at packaging big company experience in an entrepreneurial environment, having worked with Novartis for 20 years and AstraZeneca for 22 years in a succession of Regional Sales Manager positions. Mr. Cotten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Memphis.
