I’m not your typical Instructional Specialist. I’m a leader in instructional design and delivery, adapting my industry expertise for instruction in the classroom – whether that classroom is online, over the phone, or in the storage room of a casino. I’ve created online content that’s been delivered to over learners and taught over students in-person. This experience has taught me a clear lesson – that engagement and authenticity means retention and results. Working with our instructional team, I’ve led initiatives to implement remote learning - creating courses with Articulate Storyline, videos with Adobe Premiere Pro, and online streaming with OBS. This includes: • Choosing the right hardware: lighting, cameras, lenses, microphones, and audio interfaces • Production and planning: scriptwriting, setting scenes, and live audio/video delivery • Postproduction: audio/video editing with Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro • Publication: using platforms such as YouTube and our LMS, BIStrainer During my career, I've worked in roles where relationship and account management are crucial.
