Banking profession with over 20 years of experience in banking transactions, corporate business operations, financial marketing and Government establishments. Experienced in providing excellent level of service by attending to customers in a courteous and professional manner ensuring all service and sales standards are met and exceeded at all times. I increased branch sales by over 9% by cross selling bank products to customers at every opportunity to meet sales goals regarding accounts, credit cards and loans. As head of loan recovery team, I was able to spur the team to make loan recoveries of over 70% of regional bank loans which were nearly considered as bad loans due to default in repayment. We were able to restructure all loans and also develop a new repayment plan which was flexible and acceptable to the defaulted clients and also beneficial to the bank. Our Team was awarded the best performing team in loan recovery in the North Central Region of the bank, Also a personal target assign to me to increase retail sales for the branch by 30% and 5% of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI's) within two quarters was met and surpassed within the first quarter with an increment of 50% for retail sales and 9% for High Net-Worth Individuals. This feet earned me the best Customer Relationship Manager of the year in 2007.
