From Aircrafts to Pharmaceuticals: A Journey in Optimization and Leadership I started my career meters above the ground as an aircraft technician with full license on A330E & A340 at SAS. My job was solving critical issues, and do light and heavy maintenance. That experience taught me precision, structure, and problem solving. Today, I apply the same mindset at Novo Nordisk, where I support projects, streamline processes, and improve production flows in pharmaceutical manufacturing especially on filling lines. With a completed Academy Degree in Leadership (strategy, communication, psychology, culture.), I bring both technical insight and a strong leadership compass. I believe good leadership adapts to people and situations, balancing structure, empathy, and cultural awareness. I thrive on creating efficiency, fostering collaboration, and delivering results that make a difference in daily operations. Outside of work, I’m a Liverpool fan, padel player, and football enthusiast because sport teaches teamwork, strategy, and resilience. Always open to networking, sparring, and new perspectives.
