About Osama Sengaf

As the WTP & WWTP O&M Manager at Metito, I oversee the operations and maintenance of water treatment, wastewater, industrial wastewater, RO plants, and desalination projects across different locations. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 22 years of experience in the water and wastewater management industry. My core competencies include planning, budgeting, procurement, policy, and procedures for water and wastewater projects. My mission is to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of water and wastewater plants, while meeting the quality standards and customer expectations. I draw and generate new procedures and policies to enhance operations and maintenance processes, and review and approve annual plans and budgets. I also develop the human resource and procurement management plans, and manage the CAPEX and OPEX for water plants operations. I frequently visit different projects and conduct meetings with field staff to solve problems, streamline operations, and improve customer service.
