Since joining the University of Deusto in 2008, I have successfully coordinated multiple European-funded projects focused on enhancing international researchers' career development. As a key member of Deusto's Research and Knowledge Transfer Office, I lead strategic support for research teams in securing international talent through Horizon Europe's Excellent Science Pillar—particularly Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions and European Research Council programs. My expertise extends to active participation in international networks and working groups that shape European research policy. I drive research internationalization initiatives in Digital Transformation, bridging academic excellence with emerging global innovation trends. Complementing this strategic role, since 2024, I proudly serve as Technical Secretary of the University of Deusto's Research Ethics Committee, ensuring the highest ethical standards in cutting-edge research.
