I am a postdoctoral immunologist at the Karolinska Institute, currently leading three multi-omics projects uncovering signalling pathways with translational relevance. I supervise MSc and PhD students and coordinate cross-functional collaborations, ensuring high-quality outputs with industry potential. Over the last 8+ years, I have built deep expertise in immunology, epithelial cell biology and pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo models through positions at the Francis Crick Institute and the Karolinska Institute. I pioneered single-cell multi-omics approaches, generated novel transgenic zebrafish lines, and published as first author and as co-author in journals such as Nature, Cell Host & Microbe and Life Science Alliance.
