Background

About Oscar Dingley

I grew up in Cambridge, UK, and have an MSc in Security Risk Management from the University of Copenhagen, and a BSc (Hons) in International Relations & Spanish from Aston University, Birmingham. My MSc thesis investigated the current issues and challenges NGOs face in high-risk landscapes, and how NGOs can improve their security risk management systems. I have been working in the political analysis and security consultancy sector since 2014. I am adept at identifying vulnerabilities, developing actionable plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with organisational goals. My dual experience as both a service provider and client has honed my ability to anticipate risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt strategies to dynamic environments.
