About Oscar Lassally

Being able to close deals and achieve customer satisfaction is what I have learned during my career as business developer. I started doing sales by cold canvassing, knocking on doors to sell office machines. I learned to anticipate quickly, strike at the right time and use the best closing techniques. Do not give up because persistence pays off. In the years after, I have worked with different levels of product complexity as well as in a wide variety of industries, such as IT, health, and the technical sector. Furthermore, I have dealt with people from all levels up to C-level and with different cultures, for example during my time with Invensys I was responsible for Asia and worked a lot with Japanese people. Such experiences make me flexible and able to use my talent in all sorts of environments. Fulfilling management roles has broaden my horizon. I had to connect people, make business units more efficient and analyse the products. This resulted in creating new products that increase customer satisfaction and set up new business segments to enlarge the target audience. Also, working in larger entities has taught me to create overview and become a more strategic communicator.
