THANK YOU FOR DEDICATING YOUR TIME ON MY PERSONAL PAGE! I’m Oscar Teja and I'm a dual citizen, strategist, policy shaper and passionate bridge‑builder between industry, institutions and innovation. Currently, I lead EU, NATO & Strategic Programmes at Leonardo’s Electronics Division, shaping cross-border defence initiatives and public funding strategies. Previously, I was Head of Strategic Partnerships at Leonardo Corporate, driving alliance governance across divisions and countries. Earlier, I served as PMO Director, standardizing project governance across a €5Bn business. With 14+ years in the Aerospace & Defence sector, I’ve held roles in Finance, Commercial, BD, and Integrated Program Teams and earned my Full Time MBA at SDA Bocconi with a focus on Investment Banking, Private Equity and Public Affairs. I'm also an elected City Council Member in La Spezia, where I work on Blue Economy, local development and industrial policies. This dual track, public and private, gives me a unique ability to interpret both government expectations and business imperatives. My added value? I know how to connect the dots between politics, policy and business. Whether it’s coordinating a European defence project, unlocking funding, negotiating partnerships or aligning public-private agendas, I bring vision, energy and execution. And outside the office? I race in regattas with Sda Bocconi sailing club, mentor MBA students, and support community initiatives. Wind in the sails, always.
