About Oscar Villafuerte

With over 15 years of experience across operations, administration, and cross-functional business support, I specialize in building efficient, scalable processes that improve communication, strengthen accountability, and support long-term growth. My career has taken me through multiple industries including banking, technology, and field service operations, giving me a unique ability to bridge corporate strategy with day-to-day operational execution. I currently serve as Operations Manager for Precision Door Service, supporting a multi-state operation across the western United States. I oversee Operations initiatives across IT, Fleet, Facilities, acquisitions integration, and operational infrastructure, partnering closely with executive leadership to improve efficiency, reduce operational friction, support growth, and enhance the employee and customer experience. Throughout my career, I have led projects involving acquisitions, fleet strategy, facilities expansion, compliance, systems implementation, vendor management, and operational process improvement. I am passionate about solving complex operational challenges, creating structure in fast-growing environments, and helping teams operate more effectively together. I take pride in being a collaborative leader who values transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement. My long-term goal is to help build organizations that are operationally excellent, people-focused, and positioned for sustainable growth.
