Highly skilled and experienced law enforcement officer, serving as a Lieutenant 1st Class. With a career spanning over 17 years, Oscar has dedicated himself to promoting positive change in his community. For the past decade, Oscar has served as an academy instructor, sharing his expertise with aspiring law enforcement officers. Additionally, he is a C.A.M.F.(Certified Anger Management Facilitator) and de-escalation instructor, with 17 years of experience in this field. He has also worked as a Batterer's Intervention Facilitator for five years and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner. Oscar has a passion for teaching soft skills, such as conflict resolution and emotional intelligence. He works with both the local school district and law enforcement professionals to promote healthy relationships and effective communication. Presented over 300 professional development training sessions across the State of Louisiana, sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. Oscar is the CEO/Founder of West Development Solutions, specializing in Relationship Development.
