About Osiris Fernandes
I am Cape Verdean, PhD in Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco, and my study and research agenda is focused on innovation management, innovation and entrepreneurship in the public sector, Asperger Syndrome and Entrepreneurship, e-government, cultural studies, post-structuralism and discourse theory. Currently, I work as Marketing Director at the Pernambuco Institute of Technology (ITEP), where I am responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the marketing and sales strategies of the Institute's technological services, as well as directing institutional activities and actions in the areas of research, development and innovation, graduate education and technology-based entrepreneurship.
