About Oskar Harms

I’m a driven and hands-on professional with a sharp analytical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. Based in the Rotterdam area, I bring a “no-nonsense, get-it-done” mentality to everything I do. With a diverse educational background ranging from fine mechanics (LTS/MTS) to F-16 aircraft maintenance, electronics, radiation safety, and a bachelor’s in middle management, I’ve built a broad and solid foundation in the technical world. Over the years, I’ve held various roles including Service Engineer, Technical Specialist, Service Coordinator, and currently, Service Manager. In each of these, I’ve consistently reached my goals through hard work and persistence. My core strengths lie in Industrial Automation, Technical Support, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Team Leadership. I thrive in a leadership position, working with tools like BC ExpandIt, Office365, and various specialized analytical software. I’m passionate about working in innovative, sustainable, and technically creative environments where I can take ownership of my role and drive service excellence. I get the most energy from getting the job done—efficiently, effectively, and with high standards. Outside of work, I’m into Formula 1, motorcycling, concerts and festivals, and model building. My motto? “Don’t talk—just do.”
