About Oskar Malmquist

Internationally experienced in business. Experiences includes negotiation, media, marketing, intellectual property, copyright, company law and international contract law. I am a trained lawyer with a degree from the University of Stockholm. Since I have worked with media at Kanal5, TheVoice, TVDanmark, TV4 Group and Bonnier Broadcasting. At Kanal5 I worked as a corporate lawyer based in both the United Kingdom and in Sweden over time. The responsibility included business law as well as corporate and regulatory matters. Regulatory matters included the adjustment to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in connection with the listing of the holding company on Nasdaq. At TV4 Group/Bonnier Broadcasting, I held various management positions and responsibilities in both content, sales and new business. Since 2017 I am a free consultant focusing on Strategic business advise in the area of media. I also have experience as a board member, including Company Secretary for Kanal 5 Ltd, SBS Danish Television Ltd, The Voice TV Networks Ltd. and board member of Lovesearch DP AB, AdspotConvert AB, Shipwreck AB, Moments of Stockholm AB, the Swedish Television Foundation Prize - Kristallen.
