I'm a private equity real estate investment professional with an entrepreneurial mindset working as an Investment Manager and Fund Director at CapMan Real Estate. I am passionate about creating business value through portfolio performance optimization and thorough analysis. At CapMan Real Estate our aim is to generate attractive returns for investors by utilizing local knowledge, industry expertise, and implementing clear and coherent business plans to enhance each property investment. Our investor base comprises some of the largest global institutional investors and investment management companies. Before joining CapMan I worked at Catella Finland within real estate transaction advisory and real estate valuation. My responsibilities also included leading Catella Finland's Finnish market research operations. I believe that hard work and consistency are the foundation of success in the long run – literally, as I am a passionate marathon runner.
