My experience entails 25 years of Project Management (PMC) in Project Design and Construction Management of MEP and Infrastructure Utilities: One year as Building Services Lead in KSA and 24 years in UAE of which 18 years as Senior Project Manager, 5 years as Client Representative, and one year as Senior Mechanical Engineer. In addition, 13 years of experience in Design as Project Engineer in USA working for numerous consulting firms in USA on HVAC and wet services for various types of projects. My experience comprises of MEP/ELV/ICT, Infrastructure Utilities on large mix-use developments (stadium, opera house, oceanarium, museum, malls, 5-star hotels, commercial/residential/facility buildings, retails/F & Bs, villa compounds data center; airport concourse/terminal, duty-free/warehouse, district cooling plants; dry/wet utilities, etc.), DLP operation/maintenance, and a good understanding of building architecture, structure, fit-outs, and roads. I have carried out design/construction/contract/commercial management, value engineering, involve in scope of works, project schedule, RFP, consultants/ contractors prequalification, tender evaluation, closeout documents approval, and handover. I have knowledge of FIDIC, International Standards/Codes, Green Building, FM requirements, etc. I have participated in master plans, proposals, and presentations.
