Given the ever-evolving future of mobility and the rise of virtual workforces, we work alongside organizations to cover various aspects of their HR, Legal, People, and Workforce initiatives. I am leading and managing high-performing teams responsible for Business Service Delivery Operations that provide a smooth experience to new and existing accounts by constantly engaging in proactive advisory, managing complex cases, and handholding as required. Moreover, I work closely with the team the global business development teams by helping them understand client complexities, navigate the challenges, and tailor-make the solutions. My service portfolio includes various Company Incorporations, Corporate Immigration, Entity Compliance, Employee Onboarding, Business Process Outsourcing such as Visas, due diligence, Corporate Licenses, Government Relations, Workforce localization, Payroll, Wage Protection System, and Social Insurance Management. Furthermore, I assume leadership responsibilities for alliances within our Global Advisory Services, with a primary focus on cultivating and expanding our strategic partner relationships. This enables our teams to collaborate effectively and deliver strategic solutions to our clients.
