My commitment has enhanced the organization’s reputation, securing key global and local awards for excellence, ISO certifications, and international best practice principal awards. Notably, I was awarded Best HR Leader in the Federal Government and received the Knight of Authority award for Best Employee Award. Known for my ability to quickly learn, adapt to change, and be results-driven, qualities that have driven successful collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders, including government entities and international organizations. Open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism, leadership has led to significant accomplishments, such as the successful introduction of the Bradford Factor in federal HR practices, the completion of key initiatives like the E-Performance Appraisal system, and the recognition of SCA as a top federal authority in multiple categories. I have successfully developed foresight strategies that supported the acceleration of government goals and initiatives. Supervised the ISO certifications like creativity, organizational risk management, and sustainability standards that resulted in the organization receiving multiple ISO certifications, and collaborated with the PMO to execute transformational projects, leveraged internal resources, benchmarked best practices, and secured stakeholder engagement, resulting in impactful sectoral national improvements. Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Information Systems from Dubai University in the UAE. Believing in continued education, I completed the Executive Leadership Program with INSEAD University, a SHRM from the Society for Human Resources Management, a Future Foresight Leadership Certificate from Oxford University, a Strategy Government Expert Leadership Certificate from Cranfield University.
