About Otieno Dennis

As a moi university computer science graduate, and Yale AI Graduate with ICT and NGO Experience, I am passionate about using technology to solve social problems and empower marginalized communities. I have a Masters in computer science (Artificial intelligence) from Yale University, where I learned how to design, implement, and evaluate AI solutions for various domains and challenges. I have also worked as an ICT Officer at the Ministry of Education, Kenya, where I handled software and hardware, cybersecurity, networks, and internet issues for the ministry. I contributed to improving the efficiency, security, and accessibility of the ministry's ICT systems and services, and supported the implementation of digital learning initiatives. Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of Odi Agency Hub, an NGO that fights for the rights of street children, girl child education, gender violence, and poverty in slums and rural areas. I use my skills in photography, communication, software development, and social media promotion to raise awareness, mobilize resources, and advocate for change. I have also mentored and coached many youths and children, and received multiple awards and honors for my social impact work, such as the Facebook developers east Africa award, the community solution program alumni, and the Obama leadership foundation program alumni.
