Prior to this while the Senior Client Manager at KIT Digital - Otis worked with hundreds of clients and thousands of people all over the world to help them to understand the value new media brings to their local and global markets. Consulting with clients including Realtor.com, Elite Boxing, Entertainment Radio, Vista Satellite, Boardroom.com, Ohio Society of CPA's, NHRA, American Cancer Society, and more - Otis was responsible for software deployment, product training, client engagement, client retention, identifying client needs, and discovering value add service opportunities for new and existing business. While at Southern Fibernet, a privately owned and operated Fiber Optic Internet and IPTV service provider in Atlanta Georgia. Otis' involvement included network operations, accounting, website design, social media, and sales. Before venturing into IP managed services Otis served as a General Manager of Carmike Cinemas where he managed the local theatre venue that trafficked thousands of patrons every week. In this role the year over year attendance increased at the theatre, expenses shrunk, customer dollars spent per person increased, and bottom line profit doubled. Otis also served at Century Solutions Group, a premier IT Solutions Provider in the South East. Building and leading the sales team to expand IT service to hundreds of businesses while working with an incredible team of people at all levels of the organization and resulting in annual new revenue of over 1 Million. He likes video games, board games, role-playing games, and loves his family. And he has a dog he's on good terms with too.
