About Otis Maples

My name is Otis Benjamin Maples. I served 4 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer. Deployed to Iraq for one year and was placed with engineers conducting route clearance missions. While stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia I conducted multiple training courses to work the road as an MPO. Once discharge I moved to Arizona for employment. Upon arriving in Arizona I found employment with Securitas Critical Infastructure Services. I started off as a regular security then was promoted two months later to the lead officer. As the lead officer I was in charge of two officers over the weekend ensuring that the facility was secured and conduct all necessary inspections. I was in this position for 3 1/2 years until I was promoted to first shift supervisor. In this position I am responsible for 5 officers during the day. I ensure that all officers are caught up with training and have knowledge of the daily tasks at hand. I also conduct the reviews for each officer under my command and help guide them to achieve there goals that we have set for them.
