About Ottavio Pedretti

Architect and PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano, with a focus on the integration of emerging transportation systems into the built environment—particularly the infrastructural implications of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). My research investigates how new mobility paradigms can inform architectural strategies and support the evolution of contemporary urban environments. With experience in architectural design and project development, I operate at the intersection of theory, design experimentation, and infrastructural development. Driven by a strong interest in how architecture can anticipate infrastructural transformations, I explore the role of design in shaping the future of the built environment—grounded in a deep understanding of mobility systems and informed by both technical integration and regulatory frameworks.
