About Otto Bernoulli

I am a development and leadership professional with strong technical background. I have worked over 15 years in international R&D industry and now I am working as Program Manager in city of Turku. In my current position I manage development of Operation Control. The budget for the Operation Control is millions. The Operation Control includes all kind of operational changes in city of Turku. I am developing many different kind of issues like program manager model to whole city and common development budgeting for enterprise. I am involving to developing also a different kind of operational changes like digital zoning and digital way of work for trustees. Supplier management is part of my job. I do acquisitions, order services and work with companies. I give professional guidance for project managers and I am in many steering groups. I also work deputy for my superior and I manages preliminary investigations (funding, business case, benefits etc.) that are under Operation Control part. Earlier I have had the pleasant opportunity to work many different kinds of projects as a project manager in industry and public administration. I have worked also technical chief, specialist and designer in R&D. English have been my working language in industry and my native language is Finnish.
