About Otto Fischer

My journey in the IT industry began back in 2016, when I started to provide web development services for smaller clients from my home town. I quickly realised that programming and digitalization as a whole is my passion. My first career step was to create a Digital Agency (LIM-IT-LESS Solutions) where I started to work on bigger projects for different type of clients. Through the years I delivered more than 25 projects including websites, web shops, CRMs and personalised platforms. During this time, I learned how to communicate with clients, how to provide the best advices that could generate a higher ROI and also how to deliver quality end-products. I also made some charity platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic where we successfully reduced the risk of infection for the elderly people. As I was really keen to take the next step and to provide IT solutions at a bigger scale, I co-founded the company Prisma Platform Solutions where we created a project management platform for internal communication, task management and B2C/B2B interaction. Since then, we also created other SAAS products like our E-Commerce Platform for invoicing and stock management, Prisma Smart Card, which is a sustainable business networking solution, and Digital Menu for restaurants and hotels. During university, I also decided to take another step forward and start a new adventure at MHP - A Porsche Company which offered me the opportunity to work on a long term project in a big team where I could take responsibility and gain experience in IT consultancy where planning and execution is key. I've also got the opportunity to take important development decisions, which made me grow a lot in the past few years. In 2022 I also became partner at Cognitive Creators where we have a big collective goal: to offer the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region the best digitalization and IT consultancy services. We truly believe that we can help businesses along their digitalization journey. This mission is very important for me personally, as Germany and German people played a big role in my education and professional development. My main competencies are: IT consultancy, project management, Programming (Angular, React, Vanilla JS, Java, Python, PHP), Cloud (AWS, Firebase) and UI/UX design (Figma).
