Aloha! Hawaii is a melting pot for cultures and growing up here has taught me to embrace and honor the diverse needs of each person I meet. Understanding your culture means understanding how you experience the world. My goal is to provide you an environment where you feel safe and supported in order to help gain new insights that will result in a more enriched and empowered experience of life. Together, we will identify barriers and work towards shifting patterns of thoughts and beliefs. With 20 years of experience, I use a client-centered approach to help identify your unique strengths and facilitate positive change. My specialties include anger management, relationship counseling, trauma work, depression, anxiety, and grief. I will work with you individually or as a family to learn new tools for change because I believe you have the potential to be happy and fulfilled.Therapy is an ongoing process and I look forward to supporting you through your journey of personal growth towards a higher quality of life.
