About Oula Rinne

As a Junior Specialist in Energy and Sustainability at Colliers, I support our customers in achieving their sustainability goals and improving their environmental performance. I report and analyse sustainability data using Excel and other tools to handle large datasets and generate insights. I also have experience in Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and CRREM Risk Assessment, which are essential frameworks for measuring and managing the environmental risks and opportunities of real estate assets. I have a background in environmental sciences and economics, with a Master of Science degree in Agriculture and Forestry from the University of Helsinki, Majoring in Environmental Change and Global Sustainability. I wrote my thesis on wind energy production, its biodiversity effects and a habitat tax, using cost-benefit analysis and spatial data. I also have international experience, as I studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Turin in Italy as an exchange student and as a tutor for international students.
