About Outi Lappi

Solution-oriented and determined developer who sees the big picture and gets things done. I thrive in projects and initiatives that involve creating something new or improving what already exists – especially in the fields of health and wellbeing. My strengths: creative thinking, excellent communication skills, strong stress tolerance, quick responsiveness, and the ability to prioritize. I work well both independently and as part of a team. My background in competitive sports and sailing at the Atlantic Ocean have shaped me into a bold, resilient, and creative problem-solver. I’m eager for opportunities where I can challenge myself and contribute my skills to an inspiring team environment. Feel free to reach out – let’s create something great together!
