Highly curious and motivated, I am a results-oriented professional with a passion for data and a talent for problem-solving. Throughout my career, I have managed entire product lifecycles, from development to maturity, delivering value-driven product solutions for customers in the healthcare industry. I excel at collaborating with business owners and customers to gather requirements and build acceptance criteria, ensuring roadmap items are completed on time and to the highest standards. In my current role, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to deliver a Master Data Management product for multiple clients. Previously, I served as a Product Line Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Conifer Health Solutions, where I collaborated with developers to enhance workflow engine capabilities and implemented agile sprint processes to increase predictability of feature implementation for customers. My skills include SQL, Scaled Agile Framework, relationship building, Visual Basics (VBA), QA testing, product development lifecycle, and quantitative skills/problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea, and I am certified as a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running, playing basketball, and pursuing self-improvement. I am also interested in the Yellowstone Wolf Project.
