As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Kibo, I help clients optimize their e-commerce and order management capabilities by configuring Kibo's software solutions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Darla Moore School of Business, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in managing complex and dynamic supply chains. I also hold a White Belt in Lean Six Sigma, which enables me to apply lean principles and tools to improve efficiency and quality in my projects. Additionally, I have over four and a half years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant and Project Management professional, where I led on multiple software implementation projects for clients in various industries, such as retail, and manufacturing. I am passionate about solving problems, delivering value, and enhancing customer experience through innovative and scalable software solutions. I am always eager to learn new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to improve my skills and performance.
