About Owen Lee

I started my career working at Chiat/Day in North America, Australia and London before becoming one of the founding members of St Luke's - the first advertising agency co-operative. I was lucky enough to be part of the team at HHCL and Partners that was named Agency of the Decade by Campaign magazine in The same year, I became Founding Partner of my own agency, Farm Communications, which became a top 50 advertising agency. Our clients included the UK's first internet bank, smile.co.uk; Daimler Chrysler's Smart Car; Nestle and the UK Government. We were lucky enough to win our first seven government pitches and created behaviour change campaigns for a number of government departments. Farm was bought by Cello PLC in 2006. In 2012 I moved Farm's clients and staff into Inferno and our government experience helped it become part of the new government roster. After being acquired by FCB, I was made Chief Creative Officer of FCB London in 2016. Since then, we are proud to say we have won 40 Cannes Lions including three Grand Prix, the Glass Lion and the much coveted Titanium Lion.
