At my core, I’m a builder. I like solving messy problems, connecting people, and creating systems that make life easier or more meaningful for others. I get energy from being around driven people, and I thrive in environments where clarity, accountability, and trust matter. I’ve worked in high-stakes roles, but it’s never been about the titles, it's about showing up, being consistent, and doing work that reflects who I am. I believe leadership is less about being in charge and more about taking care of the people around you.
