About Owen Murray

I am a finance graduate with a passion for real estate development and a track record of excellence in varsity sports.I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alberta, where I got Academic All-Canadian multiple of years. I also completed a certificate program in real estate development from the Alberta School of Business, where I learned how to analyze, finance, and manage real estate projects in different markets and contexts.During my studies, I developed strong skills in financial modeling, market research, valuation, and negotiation.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I was also a successful varsity athlete in volleyball. I played for the University of Alberta’s team. Our team won a USports National Championship and a Canada West championship.Being a varsity athlete taught me how to balance multiple commitments, work under pressure, and overcome challenges. It also helped me develop leadership skills, such as motivating others, communicating effectively, and resolving conflicts. I believe these skills are essential for any career in finance and real estate.I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. I am currently looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in finance and real estate development.
