Owen Richards is a highly experienced senior manager and leader who has worked in the health sector for over three decades running large scale programmes of change. He specialises in helping individuals and teams envision; design; implement and communicate user-led transformation of health care with a particular focus on: • The comprehensive re-design of care pathways based on robust analysis and inclusive stakeholder engagement. As a consultant programme director, Owen oversees and manages complex projects for a variety of public and voluntary sector clients with a particular focus on care pathway re-design from first stage visioning through to public and staff on-boarding to end user delivery. • The design and implementation of communication plans. A specialist in communicating key messages to different audiences, Owen provides expertise in the design and implementation of communication plans and strategies with a particular focus on successfully embedding change management. • Capacity building of individuals and teams. As a trainer, mentor and coach Owen is on hand to build the capacity of individuals and teams to successfully navigate major changes in their professional environments. • Event design and facilitation. Owen is a highly experienced facilitator of both small and large group events.
