About Owen Sena
As Steve Jobs once said,"you can't connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards". My path through education and life have not been straight lines, but I have always ended up in a better place than before.One example of a unexpected turn was during my freshman year, when Miami challenged us with a team competition. During this challenge, KeyBank asked students for a way to improve customer retention. During this experience, I improved my ability to think critically and work in a team. I also got experience in presenting to a client which will be crucial in my career.Using my experience in customer service as well as client driven projects, I am looking to bring value to a rising company within the supply chain and operations field. More specifically, I hope for a summer internship in this coming summer where I can build more relevant experience.
