Background

About Owen Youngren

I’m a driven entrepreneur and Business Management graduate with a passion for building companies, leading teams, and delivering top-tier customer service. I’m the Founder of Northern Edge Exteriors, a Minnesota-based company specializing in premium exterior services—including window cleaning, gutter installation and cleaning, customizable holiday lighting, lawn care, and snow removal. Before launching my own business, I gained valuable leadership experience as a Plant Manager, where I oversaw daily operations, managed crews, and ensured safety and productivity in a high-demand environment. I also developed a strong foundation in sales, helping customers find tailored solutions and learning firsthand what it takes to build trust and close deals. With hands-on experience in both operations and front-line customer service, I’ve combined my business education with real-world execution to build something from the ground up. I thrive in environments where I can lead, create systems, and grow sustainable service models that exceed client expectations. Always looking to expand my knowledge and network, I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, local marketing, and continuous improvement—whether it’s in business strategy, craftsmanship, or customer experience. Let’s connect.
