About Ozan Akyurek

I practice in the area of commercial litigation and assist clients on all issues relating to product liability, industrial risks, business torts, and white-collar crime. I advise French and international clients in issues related to litigation and pre-litigation case management before French courts.I am active in very diverse industry sectors, including aviation, IT, transportation, and logistics, as well as steel, packaging, and retail. I am particularly involved in the aviation and airline industries and am part of the multidisciplinary team set up by the Firm to anticipate and respond to the new challenges facing this sector. I have represented major manufacturers and airline companies in aviation litigation.I have authored articles on litigation and regulatory matters, such as product liability and aviation law. My articles are published in French economic and legal publications, such as La Tribune, Lettre des Juristes d'Affaires, Revue des Contrats, Petites Affiches, and Gazette du Palais.I am also a lecturer in law at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense in International Business Law and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in the United States. I speak French, English, Turkish, and Spanish fluently and have a good command of Arabic.
