About P. J. Gillard

My role has been focused on operational excellence throughout our organization. We've achieved tremendous growth in our outpatient therapy clinics both through organic creation of new locations, and same store growth across north Texas. My primary job is to create an environment where our clinicians and staff can perform at their best- every day. We strive to provide an outstanding patient experience at every interaction by facilitating passion within our staff- from clinicians through upper leadership. We exceed our expected results consistently by putting effort and resources into our teams. Throughout the years, we've challenged the status quo wherever needed, and created solutions to the ever present challenges in the changing healthcare market.
