Hi! I'm PJ Olsen and I’m the Founder of Restorative Strength, as well as an Original Strength™ Certified Pro. I help ambitious adults 50-and-over just like you get the most out of life by reclaiming your mobility and strength so you can feel as youthful on the outside as you do on the inside!
