About P. Sebastian

P. Sebastian, has over 20 years of experience in US, European, Latin American, and Asian markets, building and leading extraordinary high-performing teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. He joined Apple from Media Markt (Metro Group), where he served as GM and played a key role in the double brand implementation in Spain. Before Media-Markt, he was serving Decathlon (Oxylane Group) with different responsibilities, and earlier in his career, he served as CFO for a group of NGOs dedicated to leveraging education in Latin America. For the last 15 years, P. Sebastian has been contributing to the operation and growth of Apple Retail across 4 different continents. He's based in Cupertino. P. Sebastian graduated from Valencia University in Spain with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration. After that, he studied Finance in the US and he later earned a Senior Program in Negotiation degree from Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Recently P. Sebastian graduated from the Stanford Senior Executive Leadership Program. P. Sebastian also serves Apple as Co-Chair for the Inclusion and Diversity special programs, helping the reshape and evolution of hiring, talent development, and engagement areas. He speaks English, Spanish, Catalan, and he is learning Cantonese and Mandarin.
