PACKAGING SUPERVISOR In charge of packaging department for the first start-up of the plant (KEMYA EPDM Department / Rubber Pellets on 25kg bags) Supervises the overall production and all operators working in the packaging area Ensure all machines are in good condition otherwise report any machine breakdown to maintenance department (Bagging Machine, Palletizer, Wrapping Machine, Strapping Machine, Pellet Recycle, Conveyors) Conduct safety toolbox meeting at the start of shift Coordinate with finishing department on the planned activity for production for smooth operation Check the quality of finished products to meet the standards of customers Make production reports on daily product output Make raw material inventory report and monitoring Ensure the safety of the area and all the personnel working inside MECHANICAL FIELD ENGINEER Analyzing and implementation of IFC drawings and BOQ for mechanical department Suggest and prepare necessary revisions in drawings Supervise installation of Plumbing system Supervise installation of HVAC system Supervise installation of Fire Fighting System Prepare daily activity and accomplishment reports Coordinate with other field department for issues and concerns Checking of approved materials by consultant To secure the availability of all materials on work progress Involved on field inspection and documents needed (RFI) Material estimation and Final quantity Ensure the people handled are following the company safety policy (HSE) regularly INJECTION SPECIALIST/ENGINEER I am handling different kinds of machines mainly the injection machine that produces pet preforms that will be eventually blown into bottles. I am responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines (mechanical and electrical) and its auxiliary like Cooling towers, chillers, air compressor, pumps etc. I also handle document or paper works like production reports, ISO system, and HACCP food safety system.
