I´ve led complex global programs and spearheaded company-wide transformations and restructurings. Over the years I have built broad expertise in formulating organizational and people strategy, talent management, M&A and integration, organizational change and in program management in the Technology, Banking, Payments, Consulting, Automotive, Travel and Wines & Spirits sectors. I focus on getting to the crux of any issue through a healthy dose of curiosity and perseverance and I enjoy managing complex challenges and enabling humane organizations in this world.
