About Pablo Alonso

I am a passionate Retail, Private Label and Global Sourcing professional. I help companies to develop Private Label programs, either you are a Retailer or a Supplier who wants to start running a Private Label Business for your customers. I can advise and support your organization on how to define and execute an accurate strategy and plans on Procurement and Global Sourcing. My academic knowledge becomes from my 2 degrees (Advertising and Marketing) and also by a couple of Masters and Major Degrees in Business Administration. My real-life knowledge is endorsed by +20 years managing merchandising initiatives, P&L, advertising strategies and campaigns, but most important of them all, thinking about the customer in a World class Retail and CPG environment. Last but not less important, we had been experiencing as a family (wife and three daughters) an enriched and challenged personal life living in different countries, learning about cultural differences and how to keep going outside of our comfort zone. Getting back into business, strategic thinking, even in my early stages, always is a must for me. Any project I get involved or leading needs to be strategically defined in order to get the appropriate plans and executions. For a Private Label development program, you need to put in place the strategic roles for your brands. For a Procurement and Global Sourcing program implementation, you need to put in place the strategic definition. For bringing a team together for one of these initiatives, you need a strategic direction for the people. My work is always motivated for defining a strategy on top of everything.
