About Pablo Cabrera

I am in my last year of my undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas and I plan to go onto law school to become an attorney. My degree is in General Business which has helped me set a foundation for my previous businesses and will aid me in running my own law firm one day. At the moment I work for Torres Cabrera Law firm where I am a paralegal working on immigration, family, and personal injury cases. Working at a law firm has allowed me to experience what it is like to work in law and I have been given the opportunity to learn how to manage a legal office and how to handle the delicacy of clients and their cases. My passions include law and entrepreneurship, I have owned multiple business my most successful was an interior painting and small home construction business that I ended up transferring on to my employees. As the company grew I had less time to handle the operations and eventually came to an agreement with two of my employees for them to take ownership and continue the operations. This is one of my most proud accomplishments, for the time I ran the business I personally took care of marketing, sales, estimates, and project management; these required being open to learning and being able to communicate with clients and employees in order to ensure success in each job.
